B&B IN ANZIO - BEACH plus ETERNAL ROME

Come on - YOU thought, that great culture and relaxing chills go not together - or ??

WE HERE in ANZIO, birth place of NERO and CALIGOLA ( and even with spacious remains of Nero's Villa and Caves directly at the seaside, only a 15-20 minute-walk away ) settled down in an old "Villa", a double-house only 90m away from the sandy (free) beach and less than one hour to the heart of Rome, "Rome-Termini", the main station.
( CIAMPINO, the government and Pope-airport is the cheapest to fly to - with Ryan Air and others - and it is much closer to us [43km] )
We offer the whole house next door (private entrance), or single/double-rooms in it - always with a spacious living room (open fireplace) and a fairly big sun-terrace.
From most of the windows and the terrace you look directly to the blue clear sea...
... and at weekends you see the people from Rome arriving by train - directly with bath-cloth. Since 2.000 years the Romans are coming to spend the summertime here - and NERO and Caligola even lived here (It was HERE, that poor Nero heard from the fire in Rome - which HE did not start!).
Beside the rooms there is a big garden (1.000sqm property) with lounge-set, garden-furniture, a big stone-BBQ, etc. etc. - and a garden house which is fully independent.

We are fairly flexible - just communicate with us - we like to spoil our visitors... ;-)

Currently we offer the house for 5 - there would be space for 2 more, depending on the circumstances...
We are (on booking.com) the best rated and cheapest place - PLUS the ideal location.
We never planned to make money on the house - the kidz were living here - and we are not cheating our guests - a reason, that a certain booking.platform is currently blocked by us - until they behave...

Included in the fee are towels and bedlinen, a few houseshoes, all kind of soaps and doush-stuff, conditioner and .... what AVON offers else... ( good connections ;-) )

As well included: WiFi - the use of almost everything ( like areas, furniture, SMART-TV/DVD, Books, DVDs, free Water, free local refreshments, an Italian breakfast - which is "Cafè & Cornetto" ( and jam, and ... )
There is more - but the best is just to ask for things you like - they are either free or we charge a very decent fee...
